Pole Line Hardware
Description:
- Eyelets, also known as Bolt Eyes, are used under the head or nut of a bolt. All are compatible with the strength of the bolts used with them.
- Standard eyelets are used for deadending.
- Straight thimble eyelets are used for span guys while angle thimble eyelets are used for down guys.
- Standard eyelets and straight thimble eyelets have a slotted hole for ease in inserting the bolt
Standard Eyelet:
- Used with machine bolts for dead-ending.
- Ductile iron or Steel
- Hot dip galvanizing as per ASTM Specification A153
Straight Single Strand Eyelet:
- Used with machine bolts or eyebolts for straightaway messenger dead-ending or guying
- Ductile iron or Steel
- Hot dip galvanizing as per ASTM Specification A153
Angled Single Strand Eyelet
- Used with machine bolts or eyebolts for down guying
- Ductile iron or Steel
- Hot dip galvanizing as per ASTM Specification A153
